When to act
The first stage
We select representative products and processes, agree the measurement method and review existing routings. Observation is then reconciled with the actual operating conditions.
Work can be delivered on site or through a hybrid arrangement across Romania and Europe. Scope, timing, client participants and deliverables are agreed for the specific operation.
