The person behind EFE Lean
Florin has held Plant, Factory, Production and Operations management roles. His consulting and interim work brings that operational perspective to performance, capacity, planning, supplier capability and leadership transitions.
He works with leadership teams and people on the shop floor to understand what actually happens, where the constraint sits and what managers can change. Recommendations are translated into priorities, ownership and operating routines.
A useful improvement starts with a reliable view of the operation, then moves into decisions people can implement.

How we work
European delivery
Projects can combine site visits with remote analysis and management sessions. Interim roles require clear authority and direct operational involvement. For cross-border work, the scope and on-site rhythm are agreed around the factory’s needs.
